I realized I had done all the traditional things I was supposed to do to make my blog make a mark. But it was just not making any progress at all.
I had all my goals lined up, my milestones lined up, even had my Social Media Strategy lined up. Basically I was a blog snail trying desperate to get up of the well where I had thrown my coins for all my good wishes. And all I did was go up one step during the day, and then slide down two steps during the night.
Backwards blogging is neither fun or very productive.
I learned that I needed to go head on with some of my blogging challenges.

I can’t change my passed or present, but I can set myself up for a successful future. It’s all about the right attitude.
One thing I have done for my blog is to chose a new look that goes hand in hand with my niche and the way I want to present my message.
One of my goals is to become a professional Social Media Blogger. I had planned to sign up for the Blog Masters Club last year, but due to death in family I had to change my plans. But when David Risley reopened his course again this year I finally took this step. (Sorry folks, all the seats at the Blog Masters Club is already taken. I will let you know when David relaunch it again.)
Another goal I had together with signing up for the Blog Masters Club was to get a Premium WordPress Theme for my blog.
I was reading two blogs from my friends Owen Greaves and John Haydon. And they both got me to take a look at Headway Themes.
